Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru, invites applications for a funded postdoctoral role investigating how SARS-CoV-2 infection contributes to cardiovascular disease.
Research focus
The project explores host–virus interactions, cardiovascular complications, inflammatory mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets or biomarkers.
Eligibility
Applicants should have a PhD in molecular biology, immunology, microbiology, virology, cell biology, cardiovascular biology, biotechnology or a related discipline, with a strong publication record.
Relevant experience includes cell and virus culture, omics methods, or animal models of infectious or cardiovascular disease.
