We are recruiting an Editor-in-Chief (EIC) for Biological Sciences Journal

IRRESPUB Biological Sciences is a not-for-profit international open-access journal focused on advancing high-quality research across biological and biomedical sciences. As the journal continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and academically active Editor-in-Chief to lead the journal’s editorial and strategic development.

Key responsibilities:
• Oversee peer review and editorial decision-making
• Maintain scientific and ethical publishing standards
• Expand the international editorial board and reviewer network
• Promote high-quality submissions and special issues
• Support journal indexing goals (DOAJ, Scopus, Web of Science)
• Contribute to the visibility and long-term growth of the journal

We are particularly looking for candidates who are:
• Actively publishing researchers
• Experienced in peer review and academic publishing
• Interested in journal development and research communication
• Strong in networking and editorial leadership
