The APC covers editorial, peer review, production, and hosting costs, ensuring that all published articles remain freely accessible to researchers worldwide.
APC Structure
To maintain fairness and affordability, we apply the following tiered APC model:

We follow the World Bank Country Classification to determine eligibility for discounts.
Waiver Policy
We understand that some authors may lack institutional or grant funding for APCs. To support global knowledge dissemination, we offer:
Automatic Discounts for LIC, LMIC, and UMIC Authors
- Authors from LICs receive a 75% discount (minimum APC applies).
- Authors from LMICs receive a 50% discount.
- Authors from UMICs receive a 25% discount.
- No automatic discounts for HICs.
Full Waivers (Exceptional Cases Only)
A full waiver (100%) is available for LIC authors only in exceptional cases, such as:
✅ Early-career researchers without external funding
✅ Authors submitting outstanding research with significant global impact
✅ Researchers from institutions with extreme financial hardship
Payment Process
- APC Payment is Required Only After Acceptance – Authors are not charged for submission or peer review.
- Once an article is accepted, an APC invoice will be sent to the corresponding author.
- Payments can be made via Credit card, Debit card, and PayPal, using our Online Payment System
- The article will be published only after payment is received.
