Editorial & Peer Review Process
All manuscripts undergo:
- Initial Technical Check – for format, scope, and compliance with guidelines.
- Peer Review – at least two independent expert reports are obtained.
- Editorial Decision – acceptance, minor/major revision, or rejection.
- Production & Publication – accepted papers are copyedited, typeset, and published online.
APCs and Waivers
- Authors may be required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover open access publishing costs.
- Waivers or discounts may be granted on a case-by-case basis, particularly for authors from low- and middle-income countries.
- Editorial decisions are independent of authors’ ability to pay.
Digital Preservation
To ensure permanent access, all published content is archived in digital repositories and indexing platforms.
